About
Sasha is an award-winning visionary creative leader, storyteller and collaborator with a career that spans brand work in the advertising, visual design and creative strategy fields for clients ranging from entertainment, and gaming to emerging technologies and lifestyle brands that drive business, engage audiences, and build culture.
Currently at Spotify as Global Group Creative Director, Sasha leads creative teams across global brand, cultural leadership and partnerships work that integrate and align the Spotify brand with emerging and music culture-building campaigns. Her work ranges from developing creative for gaming, fashion, and film projects to global collaborations, live experiences, and artist marketing.
Before joining Spotify, she served as Global Executive Creative Director on the Samsung Global account at R/GA, overseeing brand work and creative teams across digital, mobile, experience and social channels. She was instrumental in launching the highly acclaimed Samsung Galaxy A Power Awesome campaign on TikTok in collaboration with 88Rising, the Galaxy Buds2 social launch with Charli XCX and many more.
Sasha has held creative leadership posts, including Executive Creative Director for Dwayne Johnson and his Seven Bucks empire, which encompasses film, TV, brand partnerships, and digital content. Notable clients include Under Armour’s Project Rock, Teremana Tequila, Voss Water, Sony Pictures, and Universal Pictures. Other agencies include McCann NY, KBSP, Iris Worldwide, and FCB, where she developed award-winning campaigns for global clients such as Intel, Xbox, Samsung, the Ad Council, Diageo, and Fiat Chrysler/Jeep. Sasha has also worked across entertainment companies such as Sundance, Vice, NBC Universal, and First Look Media.
She began her creative career working on first-person and massive multiplayer titles, including Doom, Quake, Deus Ex, and many more.
Her work has garnered industry accolades in the Cannes Lions International Festival, where she has also served on the Social and Influencer short-list jury, as well as Lürzer’s Archive, Print Magazine, CA, The Addys, the Women’s Image Network, Ad Council committee for Creative Excellence, & The NY Festivals.
She received her BFA in Advertising & Design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, where she has since held several teaching posts. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and 2 sons. Sasha is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish.
