A true hybrid talent, Sasha is a passionate, curious and visionary creative with a career that spans over 18 years of brand work, design, content development, advertising and marketing for clients ranging from gaming, tech and entertainment to consumer lifestyle and hospitality brands. Sasha has led every aspect of the creative process from ideation to strategy to creative development. She has made films, directed shoots, launched culinary concepts, designed packaged goods, hosted shows, created apps, sites, blogs, content, games, and everything in between!

Currently, Sasha is an independent brand consultant for entertainment and lifestyle brands such as the Sundance Film Festival and NYC & Company. She has consulted for clients such as NBC Universal and Sony Latin America along with a roster of nightlife and hospitality groups to launch new restaurants and hotels globally. Sasha has also also worked as a freelance ECD for ad agencies such as FCB, C+K, and JWT as well as directly for clients such as P&G, Viacom and match.com. 

More recent posts included Brand Creative Director at First Look Media, developing brand advertising and strategic creative for Topic, a premium storytelling destination offering groundbreaking visual short form content and entertainment from established and emerging creators around the world, and as Executive Creative Director of Iris Worldwide, leading the agency's creative department and overseeing fully integrated creative campaigns for clients such as Samsung, Barclaycard, Diageo and Fiat Chrysler/Jeep across all media channels. 

Alongside her current consulting work, Sasha is the co-founder, and brand creator of Tres Carnes in NYC, the first “slow-fast serve” eatery of its kind, merging real, slow-smoked Texas barbecue with authentic Mexican fare. She is most passionate about the stories and traditions behind food and to have that soul & authenticity made accessible to all. Prior to her current endeavors, Sasha served as SVP, Group Creative Director at McCann Erickson, where she was the exec. creative lead on integrated ad campaigns for global clients such as Xbox, Intel, Unilever, Nestle Waters, Johnson & Johnson, United Way, the Ad Council and many more.

Before joining McCann, Sasha founded Industry Media, a boutique agency focused on entertainment & gaming clients such as Spike TV, Fuse, Rockstar Games, and the Sundance Channel. Past posts include VP, On-Air Creative at VH1, Creative Director at KB&P and Senior AD at PYRO (a part of the Richards Group), creating work for id Software (Doom, Quake, Hexen, Heretic launches), ION Storm, Hummer, and Dr. Martens.

Sasha’s work has garnered numerous industry accolades and been featured in the Cannes Lion International Festival, Lürzer’s Archive, Print Magazine, CA, Graphis, The Addys, and Promax/BDA. She has been recognized by the Women’s Image Network, Ad Council committee for Creative Excellence, & The NY Festivals.

She received her BFA in Advertising & Design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC where she has since held several teaching posts. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and 2 sons. Sasha is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.
